I took them out on campus today so we can enjoy the nice weather while I was studying :) Also got to meet compassionjunkie finally which was awesome!
Remi and Oliver refused to explore outside and instead did this. It doesn’t seem very comfy guys.

That’s the number of days Momo has gone without utterly destroying the fleece cage liners and digging up the towels that I have underneath the liners. Woop!
She’s gotten incredibly chewy lately, I’m not sure why but maybe she is just really comfortable with everything now and that’s something she used to do, idk. She has always had longer teeth than the boys since I got her (but not so long as to inhibit her eating and health). Maybe she couldn’t chew as much where she used to live, but she LOVES those nylabone dog chews and she gets kind of aggressively-protective around them if the boys try to chew with her (They will normally share with each other)
But anyway, I redecorated the cage the other day and gave her a TON of things to chew and do in there:
-Wicker basket tied in the top corner as a ledge/chewtoy
-she’s got shelves and ledges all over the sides of the cage
-wheel
-a bunch of wooden baby blocks
-a hidey house made of coconut fibers
-hammocks
aaaand those fake flower leis from Dollar tree hanging here and there.
You rats are so spoiled my goodness.
